Please note: If Adobe's automatic installation process does not begin within several minutes after click the large blue button, you may prefer to try the manual installation method.
Step 1: After clicking the large blue button above on this page this screen will prompt you to confirm that you want to install the Downloader to access your files.
It sometimes takes a few minutes to appear.
Click "Install" to continue.
Step 2: Be sure to leave "Start application after installation" checked
Step 3: This is the Adobe Air agreement. It may not show if you already have Adobe Air installed.
Step 4: You will then need to login to your computer. Note that this is NOT the email address and password that was sent to you to download your files.
Step 5: This screen shows the progress of install the Downloader
Step 6: Once the Downloader has completed installing, this screen will appear ("Start application after installation" must be checked in step 2 for this to automatically open.)
